Ensure all contracts comply with relevant laws and regulations. Identify and mitigate risks associated with contract terms and conditions. Liaise with vendors and clients to clarify contract terms and resolve disputes. Communicate with external attorneys as needed. Maintain organized records of all contracts, amendments, and related correspondence. Prepare regular reports on contract status, compliance, and performance metrics. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in contract management.
